What is a Notifications center?
The notifications center is located in the top right corner of your portal screen as a “Bell” icon.
Click the Bell icon to reveal the “Alerts” and “Activity” tabs. The “Alert” tab shows two types of notifications: Tickets assigned to you, and tasks assigned to you.
The “Activity” tab displays all the main activity occurring in the portal.
For example:
- If your profile or security changes were modified.
- If you update a ticket
- If you change your password
- Contact list related issues
- If you have been added as a member to a task
