The notifications center is located in the top right corner of your portal screen as a “Bell” icon.

Click the Bell icon to reveal the “Alerts” and “Activity” tabs. The “Alert” tab shows two types of notifications: Tickets assigned to you, and tasks assigned to you.

The “Activity” tab displays all the main activity occurring in the portal.
For example:

1. If your profile or security changes were modified.
2. If you update a ticket
3. If you change your password
4. Contact list related issues
5. If you have been added as a member to a task
