How to manage your Knowledgebase library?
Settings > Kb Category
To manage your Knowledgebase articles, click on your “Settings” tab, then the “Kb Category” button. Once there, you will be able to view the entire collection of Kb categories you have created. You can edit categories, add or delete them.
Create New > Knowledge Base
To create a New Knowledge Base Article, tap the “Create New” tab and click the “Knowledge Base” button. Once there, you can begin creating your article. The required fields are Title, Category, Company (leave empty for a public Knowledge Base article), and contents.
Click “Create Article” button when you are ready to publish.
