How to customize ticket status?

Settings> Support Parameters

 

To create your Ticket Status, click on your “Settings” tab, then tap the “Support Parameters” button. This screen allows you to create a new status, and manage current statuses that you have already.

 

To modify a status, simply tap the blue edit button on the Status you’d like to change. You can then select a new title, and a new color to be associate with it.
