How to create a Service Advisory?
Create New > Service Advisory
A service advisory is a portal feature that enables your business to communicate with your clients on a mass scale. It is used best when you need to inform users of any important events that may have occurred since last login. (In most cases, it is service related.)
To create a service advisory alert, simply tap the “Create New” tab and click the “Service Advisory” button.
There are two statuses: Active and Inactive. Select one, then type the message you’d like to communicate via the “Advisory Contents” box.
