How to create a new ticket?
To create a ticket using Wrkoo, login to your portal. On your dashboard, click the “Create New” tab, then click “Ticket”. This will automatically create a “New Ticket” form.
To start a ticket, Provide an email, category, priority, assigned to person, and subject.
You can provide a “Canned Response” from the dropdown menu, if you have already saved your prefilled answers.
The comment box should be used to better explain the request in question. You can check the “Customer Visible” box, if you would like for the client to see your ticket update.
You can also add attachments to tickets by clicking the “Choose Files” button.
Once done, hit the “Create Ticket” button.
