How do I customize my portal?
Design your helpdesk to look and feel like your brand. Brand your portal using Wrkoo’s customization features to provide customers a seamless support experience.
To customize your support portal, click on “Settings” tab and then click “Branding”. Here, you will be able to upload your portal logo and favicon. Add your portal’s name, then pick a color theme to match your company’s brand. There are 6 color themes to choose from.
By clicking the Notifications tab, you can also customize your email footer with your company signature. This signature would appear on every email sent on the support portal’s behalf.
