How do I create a support board?
To create a new support board to group related tickets/issues together. To create a new service board, click on the “Settings” tab, Click on “Support Parameters”
You can customize what the new board is called Internally versus Externally to your clients. Add a description to the new board that you are creating.
You have the option to enable and disable boards with the Admin role. You can also determine whether the new board is customer visible, or not.
