How do I create a Canned Response?
A canned response is an automatic response that has been pre-generated by a support agent.
You can auto-reply to the most common problems by creating pre-filled answers.
To create a canned response, login to your portal, click the “Create New” tab and tap “Canned Response”.
Create New canned response:
- Enter title in the “title box”
- Enter Canned response
- Lastly, click “create canned response”
You can save your canned responses to reply to common requests faster.
You can manage your “Canned Responses” by selecting your “Settings” tab, and clicking “Canned Responses” button. Here you will find all of your canned responses where you can edit, add new, or delete.
