Branding your Portal
Design your helpdesk to look and feel like your brand.
Brand your portal using Wrkoo’s customization features to provide customers a seamless support experience.
The possibilities to customize are endless from portal themes to custom support boards. Add logos, choose colors, everything you need to provide your customers with a full experience.
All of your customization features are located in your “Settings” tab under the “Branding” section. The “Branding” section contains the portal logo, portal name, color theme, currency symbol, and favicon options.
Branding > Notifications
When you click your “Notifications” tab under “Branding” section, you can add your Display Name (like “Wrkoo Support”), and email address (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Check the “Email Connector” box if you would like to send emails directly from inside your portal, from the email address you have provided.
Custom the email footer box to say whatever custom message you would like. Normally, companies put their contact information here.
You can also add your slack app to Wrkoo, just supply the “Slack URL” and the slack “channel” that you would like to receive notifications in.
