How do I create a contact?
Clients > Contacts
Store you customer’s contact information securely by adding them to your Contacts list.
To add a new contact, click on the Client’s tab, click on Contacts, and click the “+ New Contact” button.
Once you add a contact, it will appear in your list of contacts. You can view each contact, and their profile information, plus create a ticket directly for a contact from this screen.
